Dice Games

BattleToads

1. All players take a kit of 5, 6-sided die and establish a roll order.2. Each player's turn has three throws of 5 dice and tries to roll and put to one side a 6 (Lily Pad), a 5 (Commander), and 4 (Major).3. The 6, 5, and 4 may not be rolled out of order. If the first throw contains a 6 and 4, but not a 5, only the 6 is put aside and the rest of the die, including the 4, are rolled again.4. If a player fails to throw the 6, 5, and 4 after their three throws they score nothing.5. If after three throws a player has put aside the Lily Pad, Commander and Major the remaining two dice (the hoppers) are totalled to form the player's score.6. If all three in the sequence are rolled before the third and final throw then the remaining two dice (the hoppers) are rolled in the remaining turn(s) to improve the total of the player's score.Win Condition-The player with the highest crew total, wins the game. In the case of an equally high total, all players must play the round again.

Croak

1. One player plays The Big Croak and throws the decided amount of 6-sided die, scoring the total thrown.2. Subsequent players roll the die and have to score a higher total to win.3. In the case of an equally high score, the banker wins.(Notes)
The more dice used, the worse the operators edge on the game. For a fair game, equally high scores are void and players must throw again.
